Problem: I am trying to convert Mac files to PC using Windows version of TransType. How to add Mac fonts to the source list — it seems that all of them are ignored by TransType.

Solution: the problem is with accessing Mac files (not just font files!) on the PC. Their file systems are very different, so it is not easy to do. . There are two general ways to work with Mac files on a Windows computer: 1. Pack the font file(s) on the Mac into a MAC ZIP archive. Move these files to the PC and add them to the TransType source window — TransType will "unpack" them and get all the Mac-specific information that it needs to convert the fonts.
