FontLab Ltd. Inc. ("FontLab," "us," "we," or "our") operates the websites (the "Service") and sells software licenses and related physical materials (the "Products").



FontLab does not normally make any of its user lists (including email, customer and forum users) available to third parties. See below for exceptions.

FontLab sometimes sends emails to our lists about topics we think will interest our users (including but not limited to sales, upgrades, new products, conferences, and educational/training opportunities). Such emails have clear opt-out options allowing users to not receive further emails.

You may also contact us at to be removed from our email lists.

In the event that the company is sold, these policies may change.



This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service & Products.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service and FontLab products. By using the Service & Products, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms & Conditions, accessible at (URL).



While using our Service & Products, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, computer MAC address,  ("Personal Information").


To give you technical support and/or to address bugs in our software, we may ask you to provide fonts that you are using with our Products and/or Service. Fonts provided to us for such purposes will only be used for those purposes; we will not redistribute them or use them for other purposes without explicit permission to do so. We expect that you will only provide us with fonts if you have the legal right to do so, either by ownership, appropriate license, or other explicit permission of the rights-holder. 



We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

If you are located outside Panama and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to Panama and/or other countries and process it there.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.



Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children" singular "Child").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
