What are cookies?

How FontLab uses cookies

  • Support—Freshdesk: We use Freshdesk, by Freshworks, to provide our support portal and all content hosted at, including the accounts used for logging into See the Freshworks privacy notice and their cookie policy.
  • Store—2Checkout: We use 2Checkout as our primary shopping cart partner, and they use cookies for a variety of functions, including the shopping cart session, and other features relating to payment. Blocking cookies may affect your ability to use our standard 2Checkout shopping experience; if you block cookies and you find you cannot complete your purchase through 2Checkout, contact us. 2Checkout’s cookie usage information is in their privacy policy.
  • Store—CleverBridge: Although our primary store is 2Checkout, we also use CleverBridge as a backup store, and for some less common purchases. Note that the FontLab CleverBridge store does not require that cookies be accepted to complete a purchase; if you need our help to reach a CleverBridge purchase page, contact us.   • Mail List Management—MailChimp: We use MailChimp to manage our mailing lists. When you modify your FontLab mailing list subscription/membership online, you may sometimes do this on the MailChimp site, which uses cookies.
  • Other cookies on third-party sites: We (or other users of the Services) may link or direct you to other sites that are not hosted under the FontLab name (* and are not directly controlled by us. These sites may use cookies. We do not, in general, attempt to track or monitor such third-party sites, which you visit at your own risk.
